- Pronto! Staffing is not JUST a temp agency. Over 85% our positions are temp-to-hire and can lead to full employment. You, the employee, get to try that position before you commit to it. So always commit to being prompt and professional at the workplace.
- Pronto! Staffing is proud to be able to offer Health, Dental, Vision and Life insurance to all of our employees. This is an employee paid benefit with low payments that are deducted directly from your paycheck.
- Payday is on Friday each week. You must choose to be paid either by direct deposit of by a convenient payroll card. You will paid on the Friday following the week worked. Any paper checks will be available the following Monday.
- By signing our application you are agreeing that you will work for the entire duration of an assignment, whether it is for a single day or 13 weeks or more.
- You are considered non-rehire-able if you have had a “no call/no show” for an appointment, interview, or to start a new job.
- When you are sent for an interview with a client, YOU DO NOT CONTACT THE EMPLOYER directly. Pronto! Staffing will make all contacts and do any negotiating that is necessary.
- When you are placed in a position, you come to the Pronto! Staffing office to do your new hire paperwork. Always come prepared with your 2 forms of ID required by law. You will not be able to complete your paperwork without them, which means you cannot start your new position.
- You, the employee, are responsible for your time sheet, unless told otherwise. Time sheets are required to be in our office no later than noon on Monday.
- If at any time you have questions or concerns about a position we have placed you in, please contact the office. Pronto! Staffing will do everything we can to resolve any problems.
- If you are terminating a position before the assignment ends, please give Pronto! Staffing adequate notice so that we can refill that position. This shows you are a professional and courteous.
- If you terminate with us and then apply directly with a client, be aware that they also have an agreement with Pronto! Staffing and cannot hire you within 90 days of terminating with them.
- We drug test ALL of our employees. Applicants who fail a drug test will be ineligible for employment for a minimum of 90 days. Employees that fail will be terminated.
